I will be replacing both zipper boots and have a couple questions. 1-Is it necessary to safety wire the bolts? 2-What is best to seal both sides of the zipper? 3-Does the tire need to come off? Looks like its doable to me with it on.

On the m-817 brakes if you lose air pressure for some reason will you still have brakes? If I understand correctly the air slave is an assist so one has to push the pedal not as hard. I know on vacuum or hydro assist systems you still have brakes just need to push harder. Just had to ask this...

To me it is one of two things. Either the transmission is by some chance in a higher gear even though you have selected 1st gear or the torque converter is bad.

That was it. Reset the valve, installed batteries, hooked the fuel heater circuit to 12 volts, primed, and heated a couple rolls and she fired right off. Only issue it the primer drips when priming. No leak once running. Thanks for the help.

Went up there today and put batteries in and hooked the wire up to 12 volts. The system seems to work, dash light on and she fired up. Thanks for the help.
