no start
transmission light on dash is on but no start, can jump from what i call cilanoid and it will start and light will go off but cannot start with button- ferguson1966

mep804b low voltage relay
part number is in picture above i tested it by tm stating to unhook 137A from terminal 5 on voltage regulator said it should over voltage but it didnt- ferguson1966
