Augdog is CORRECT and I was wrong - I went to double check my paperwork today after seeing this thread again, the approved paperwork is, in fact, stamped NOT FOR RESALE. Just to be sure I emailed the BATFE and will find out right from them. When I get a response, I will post back here.

Forgot cost - I spent about 24k getting mine to the west coast - and I paid 'extra' to go thru a dealer who screwed me in a minor league way. east coast and buying from an individual I think you could get it down to 15 to 20k depending on the exchange rate and how good a deal you could make...

I don't remember any 'Not for Resale' stamp on my paperwork for my 436. Maybe I missed it, but I dont think selling these as a private seller is much of a problem - I see them on Ebay ever couple of months and I doubt all those guys are 'dealers'. As for doing a sorta-business in these, waste...
