I went ahead and tried to get the 2 man bows to fit. It was obvious it would not come close after just cutting them down to height, so I cut two 2 1/2" pieces out from each side of center, and spliced it back together. I used 1/2" emt slid inside to mock it up. I may weld it back later, but...

Can anyone measure their rear bows meant for the 4 man cargo cover? I'm looking for the out-to-out dimension of the bows at the top corners. I'm assuming it would be the same as measuring the velcro connection on the rear roof, but just want to make sure before I try anything else.

Well, that's not good to hear, but was one of my fears. I was also worried about the front top corners where it velcros into the soft top. That area I can fix, but having my doubts on the back end. Guess I'll find out in a few days.
