    M1009 regulator

    Hello Mack, The alternator with the bad regulator is the passenger side Gen 2. If I replace it, is it the same part number as the driver side Gent 1..? I just replaced Gen 1, this weekend with a fresh rebuilt one, from a local shop. And it works great. Thanks, CJ

    Ok Mack, Thanks again, I will call the alternator shop I just got the other one from, and see what they say too, hopefully they'll have another alternator, or be reasonable to rebuild/repair. Darn, something I do not need at this time, considering my current budget. Good night, CJ

    Hi Guys, I had my two alternators tested recently, one tested bad, so I replaced it Saturday and now it works well. But when they tested the other one, it checked out okay, but... The printout that came out of the testing device said to check "the regulator".. Now I need to know, what is...
