I pulled all the plugs last night all have a lot of carbon on them & are not a tan color like they should be. Looks like I'm going to get a carb kit & go through it!

I got it close, just trying to figure out why it keeps fouling #4, its also running rich, I've messed with the idle mixture and seem to get the same thing, so I may have to see if I have a stuck float/ needle & seat.
