    This what i found on the 11.5 m so it most be 10.5 The 11.5 AAM rear differential replaced the "14 bolt" in many of the General Motors "heavy duty" light trucks in 2001 models, however the "14 bolt" is still in production.     Thanks for the replys i know is not a 9.5, and i think the 11.5 was the later years but from what i found most 10.5 has a front loaded pinion with a rear bearing support will keep searching or pull the cover and measure it thanks
