Not saying they don't exist but I've never heard of one with a 11.5" ring gear. There is a 9.5" ring gear version but it's a semi floater. The CUCV's did use the 10.5.

Thanks for the replys i know is not a 9.5, and i think the 11.5 was the later years but from what i found most 10.5 has a front loaded pinion with a rear bearing support will keep searching or pull the cover and measure it thanks

This what i found on the 11.5 m so it most be 10.5
The 11.5 AAM rear differential replaced the "14 bolt" in many of the General Motors "heavy duty" light trucks in 2001 models, however the "14 bolt" is still in production. Besides trucks, it's used in commercial van applications. AAM continues to manufacture this axle for GM, as well as Dodge Ram trucks. Dodge discontinued running Dana Corp. axles after model year 2002 trucks. This is the main axle used in 3rd Generation Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks. The GM version uses a paper gasket and the Ram version uses a re-useable rubber gasket. This attribute also makes the Dodge and GM axles appear very different, because of the different cover used.

The 14 bolt full floater for the CUCV's ALL have 10.5" rings. (That does not apply to the cab and chassis dually that got the Dana rear)

The civilian semifloating 14 bolt (in 6 and 8 lug) used the 9.5" ring.

The later model 2500HD and up trucks got the newer AAM axles with the 11.5" ring.

Ooh ooh, I know this one... It's been stated correctly already but CUCV era FF 14 bolts are 10.5 ring gear and the SF rears are 9.5.

Be careful of the carrier breaks. Since CUCVs were factory with 4.56 ratio, they got the 4.56 and up carriers. This can be an issue when you are buying aftermarket gearsets which are often made for 4.10 and down carriers.
