    Yeah, the idea was pretty much put on near permanent hiatus....but if I ever build a custom camper on my crew cab deuce (see avatar and build thread) it'll be something along what these pictures represent.

    Thanks Blendmaster, might have to take that into consideration, especially since at them moment I am leaning heavier into an M35A2 purchase now to crew cab and either cutting the existing bed and leaving it as such and buying/building an M109 box on a trailer or building a custom box.

    @ camoyj7 - Weight is my concern as well, plus the fact that I really don't want to get involved with stretching the frame, hence cutting the box. @ henersond - cutting it down would be the only way to make it work this way --- or crew cab a M35 with out stretching and build my own custom box...

    Cool, who's is that? Got a link? Sure cutting the box will lose me some room, guess that's something I'll have to consider. Gonna take some measurements of what I have in mind to put in based on the blueprints for the box. Hopefully that will give me a better idea. As for the Georgia Rally...

    @ RedBeard: Yeah, I read that thread, but I think in the end he took the M109 box off due to lack of power and stability. I hadn't thought much into cutting the box up, but it's all time and effort once you get into it. @ General MacGregor: Yep, I would run out of room for a lot of stuff...

    Crew Cabbed M109??? Well I'm pretty certain I'll be getting an M109A3 for my first deuce. My plans for this are to convert the box into a RV section. I've got two that I am considering, just have to come to terms on which one to get. However, of late I've become fixated on the crew cabbed...
