Reading the instructions, it doesnt lay out too many specifics... are there holes that need to be drilled in the cab for this?

Got my kit, which looks awesome (save for the missing paint on the poles, courtesy of UPS and crappy packaging), and now, I realize I have no instuctions or installation guide to help me out. I'm a crafty guy, and sure I can figure most of it out, but does anyone have an "official" guide or...
