    Output at the transfer case is the same as the input to the transfer case, transfer case is out of gear when the hyd. are used.

    You need to run the pump at a constant speed, think you will find that you will need a bigger motor then you think.

    There was a 125(10 ton) with a 816 bed that had a pony motor mounted behind the operator basket to run the hyds., So if that worked, I do not see why your idea will not work. How far are you from Gainesville ??
