Thanks a bunch. There are a lot of good ideas here. Since I already have a telescoping boom type crane (spare tire hoist) in my M925A2, I may try to clone gimpyrobb's idea, and make it swivel. Would be nice if somebody made a drop in roller or ball bearing one could sandwich between the plates.

Time to add a bed crane to my 925A2. Would love a knuckle boom, but don't want the weight. So, that brings us to a bed mounted crane. I am so far considering this 2000lb galvanized unit, and replace the hand crank winch with a powered one. Looking for ideas of what others have done/used...
