Great stuff team. Since it is downloaded, you must have had a successful completion and return to base. Is hearing protection an upcoming must for that beast. That is one thing that most of the guys that drove those, tell me. Very neat.

Sounds like worn syncros on the transmission. Does it kick out of Low range or High range, or did you mean that when in low and in gear, when you let off on the fuel, it kicks out of gear?

Back on your saturated Brake shoes, old mechanic trick. Get some really hot soapy water, scrub the daylights out of them, and let dry. This should take the offending fluid out of them. Although thinking about it, not sure how it will work with DOT 5 as it is more water resistant, but the soap...

Do you have a picture of the bilge pump switch? Am working with some PBR guys and they are working on the Bilge pumps. Who knows maybe they are the same and they might have an extra. They are actually putting in a back up pump system, so they can run one off the batteries when they are not...

Good testing procedure. Other than an unhappy mixture of fluids, the MC looks pretty good in side. Doesn't look like replacement time to me. If your system purge goes well, when clean, fill it up and go with it. But it never hurts to check the wheel cylinders for rust.
