In Michigan for previously untitled Gov't vehicles, the TR 54 vin inspection is not enough. You must have a SF-97. for "body style" the SOS is now classifying these as "utility" due to the 3 axles (and varying bed configurations.

Safety first! If your driving them out, check brake fluid level, check for wheel cyl leaks. Check the lug nuts! Look for anything loose in the steering. and hit the brakes hard while still in the lot, then check for leaks again. Check the lug nuts!
