    the 205 short 32 spl input goes with the 4" tail shaft the 205 long 32 spl input goes with the 2-3/8" tail shaft the 203 32spl goes with the 7/8" tail shaft.

    it should be a short input 205 short used the 4" tail shaft, same as truck 2wd th400 205 long used 2-3/8" output, only 4wd trans. same as 208/241.

    boxing makes the frame stiffer. the ORD brace is some what like boxing the frame. It makes so the frame cant turn in on its self and crack like the picture bigblock posted.

    Ok so when you don't have hydro assist, you turn the wheels and the stress goes to the steering box. with hydro assist you don't have as much force going to the steering box as you do on a non hydro assist truck. The hydro helps turn the wheels with less stress and puts less stress on the frame...

    yes you tap in to the Power steering system. when you have big tires it helps steer them and helps when wheeling.

    I had mine ported Local. If you want to Do Hydro assist I have part numbers that are much cheaper than 1400 ORD wants.

    You can also change the sector shaft on the 4wd box to 2wd.
