    You give up your right to a traffic court, and Judges are not so nice to commercial guys who screw up. DUI with a commercial license and you're out of the drivers seat in anything for quite a while. The rules change as soon as you step in with a commercial license.

    That's just not true. Motorhomes fly around all day long over 10k GVW, and some of them have tag axels giving them 8 wheels on the ground. These guys don't need additional training or licensing.
