    . Agreed! PVC pipe the right size works well and with the "heat and freeze" technique, the speedi sleeve almost requires no effort to seat the the sleeve - if you work fast.

    . Doubtful. Don't know if you have a radiator shop in your town, but having them give yours a careful inspection - clean and pressure test - would be money well spent.
