OH boy, from the looks of it that will NOT interfere with my scheduled hunting trip...looks like another trip to GA might be in my future. I'll have to look at schedules since I only have enough vacation for the hunting trip. Maybe I can make it down for a day or two on a "weekend" off.

WOW Lloyd, I'm glad you are OK. That could have ended very badly! This seems to be the year for tire troubles and the GA rally. First a member (sorry, I don't remember his user ID) had broken wheel studs on his 109 in KY. We thought it was a bad bearing from the description at first, but...

Made it back safe and sound at exactly 0200 Monday. Left Durhamtown at 0900 Sunday. Tired after 17 hours behind the wheel of the deuce and 765 miles. Will post more details of the rally and trip in the morning.

Well, I'm still at work for about another hour. I'll be getting home at about 12:45 A.M. Going to bed and getting back up at a bright and early 0600. I'm gonna pull outta my HQ by 0700 and head for the gimpy one's LZ. Rouse him outta bed and we'll be on the way to GA. Won't be online...

That's why you collect money up front ( I would say the $15 plus maybe $5 for a flat rate envelope to cover shipping) and then there is no getting stuck for money. If I miss out, I'll be placing an order!!

PB, what about taking orders at the rally and having them sent out after the rally (for those who want one and might not be one of the first 50). That way nobody is stuck with extra shirts since you can order an exact amount for the orders you have??????

If they were all cargo trailers like we brought home last year it wouldn't be an issue, but I don't think Walter would like having trailers stacked on top of his MKT

Hey Guys and Gals, I hate to disappoint anybody who was really in need of mobile power if there is anybody. But we've run into a little snag here in Ohio. Between Gimpy and I we have 4 trailers to bring to GA with only 2 trucks. We're (Gimpy mostly) working on getting all 4 of them down...

You don't give us civilians enough credit...I think just about everybody has heard of SOS. Whether we've eaten the civilian version or the "authentic" militarized version...that's a different question.

Owning an MV is NOT a prerequisite for attendance!! Come on over to the rally and have a good time. There should be plenty of tent space, just bring a bag and someone will let ya camp out with them. Gimpy, myself and probably 73m819 will be hooking both of my command post tents together so...

Yeah, I'll have the one Command Post Tent I'll be bringing and when the other one makes it there with Phil on Wednesday afternoon, we can make the super-mega command post and have plenty of room. You're more than welcome to share

I hope you can make it this year. I know how much if sucks to be strapped for cash. If I didn't find enough used oil, I wouldn't be able to make it either. (luckily I did)

Well, I decided that I am not going to keep most of the parts from my stripped out ENG-3 Lube trailer after all. I'll snap some pics of the tank/pumps and the reels that were on it, and get them posted in the classifieds real soon. If anybody going to the GA rally wants them I can bring them...

I might be interested in 1 or 2 depending on the price. We're going to have to start a "whatcha bringing/selling" thread
