So how y’all get hold of Phil? I won my truck in April 24 .. EUC sent to govplanet April 29 they updated july16 submitted to TSC then been nothing since then. I like to get me Phil on my case also.. hope he can do something! Getting very frustrated

Today is 60 business day since govplanet sent in my EUC , still nothing back yet.. anyone got their EUC lately?

I felt your pains . Me too , called them many times . Won my truck in 4/24 , sent my EUC to them 4/29 . Got an letter from DLA 5/9 and status changed from sent to submitted 7/16. Called again , got email from them said my EUC sent to Battle Creek on the 6/19? Something didn’t add up and now...

Wow lucky you!! They barely submitted my EUC July 16. Won April 24, sent EUC 4/29 , got an letter from DLA 5/9 and status changed from sent to submitted in July 16! Almost 12 weeks .. for them to submit it to DLA ... now I don’t know how long it gonna take ... keep wait n wait

Well.. after all my EUC’s status from “ sent” to “ submitted “ it’s been 12 weeks since! Now let see how long it will take for them to approve

I hope it will come soon but not next week! I’m on my vacation in Hawaii!

I called them again today ! Some gal at gp asked me “ is this your first EUC ?” I said “no its my second time! “ Then she put me on hold for good 20 minutes then hung up on me! Called gp back then some guy said EUC staffs all left their office! What’s going on with them these day?

Actually I got a letter from DLA on 5/9/19 and it been quiet since ..

Mine marked as sent 4/29/19 and 7 weeks so far still nothing, called someone at gp said 6 to 8 weeks then called again they said 8 to 12 weeks ..

U knows what their new requirements are?
