    A quiet deuce?

going to have to wrap it pretty darn tight to get that much ! And it will help make the pipe brittle and crack.

    A quiet deuce?

once you run the pipe "all the way to the rear" you can ditch the muffler

    A quiet deuce?

I see you've discovered 3 1/2 inch pipe doesn't bend very tight, especially on compound bends like around and under the frame at the right front wheel well. That's why I mitered mine, worked great.

    A quiet deuce?

Now that my truck is a 'Pickup', it's just like all of the other Chevy, Dodge, Ford diesel pickups with the exhaust at ground level. How can it get me in trouble?

    A quiet deuce?

It might be a little bit longer pipe, but to get the smell and noise behind you is worth it !

    A quiet deuce?

No, no power loss at all. I was worried about how sharp the bends had to be, to get around the frame, but the diameter stays the same ( 3.5" ) on all of the turns.

    A quiet deuce?

It is real easy to slip on a muffler. I tried one`and it did take the bark out of the exhaust tone but the loud rumble is still right there in your face. It is a lot of work to plumb the exhaust out the back but it sure is nice. I can drive around with my passenger window down and I don't hear...

    A quiet deuce?

Did anybody that put a muffler on the 'stack' really happy with the result?

    A quiet deuce?

I understand, no offense taken. This selfish modification was strictly to get the exhaust away from my ears.

    A quiet deuce?

I'm sorry, never even considered that...never even considered being in a parade. Isn't this the Deuce Modification and Hot-Rodding forum.

    A quiet deuce?

No tire / exhaust interference at all with 53's and stock springs

    A quiet deuce?

C'mon I have big tires, isn't that annoying enough? There is no "undercarriage pipe" so to speak of, the lowest the pipe ever gets is 7 inches above the battery box and fuel tank. It really is tucked up out of the picture. If I bend or hit the tail pipe then I will shorten it as necessary...

I'm looking. I have some pictures of the 'work in progress'

    A quiet deuce?

Booger's version of rear exhaust I thought I would try something a little different. I ran my exhaust out the back, behind the right rear tire. I can't hear the exhaust noise, even with the windows down.
