Since I bought these gears "already pulled" I can't tell for sure. Supposedly, FORD F600-800 from the late 70's. Knowing the stamped model number it helps to narrow down the possible application. (see attached chart, below)
Depending what model HF54 you have, it either has a fully splined output...
Yes, it depends mainly on your skills to modify what does exist out there...
At the same time I'm aware that I shouldn't even mention welding these parts... More or less I know what I do, where and how... but I don't want to feel responsible for what others do... (or fail to do!)

The problem I see with a kit using the HF54 (inside the frame rail) is that it always involves some cutting & reinforcing of the frame, besides other minor mods.

According to spicergear those are for aditional ram assist which I don't need so far.
And NO, no clearance issues if I wanted to connect them.
