    There is much more than just the starter running 24v on these. I would just buy the 2 batteries. You can get civvy batteries that fit the tray... I believe I looked up the # and posted it earlier in this thread.

    civvy battery can be obtained at Walmart and other sources... its a group 51R I beleive... from some honda cars.

    There are 2 safety switches that will prevent it from continuing to run. One is Oil Pressure, one is Temperature. Locate the switches, and verify they are operating properly. I had trouble with my oil pressure switch after an oil change... it was super cold that day, and I changed the oil...

    How did you hook up the jerry can? The aux system on these is just designed to fill the stock fuel tank from the aux source!

    Good to hear you got hours on it JT. I think my first step is to get good batteries on them. Then I need to work from there. If anyone tries to use the original fuel filters, let me know what cartridge you use, and how it fits.

    I'm not really sure yet. One gauge isnt working, and the other has only been run from a slave cable. It almost would appear neither are charging, but I havent looked far into that. What makes you think yours isnt charging?

    Thanks... I havent wanted to resort to that yet.... I got the napa filters for the housings, we will see what it gets me :-)

    Good to hear JT.... Me and Doghead had both of mine up and running within an hour or so of returning to his house. Glad we chose yestarday vs today for the pickup!
