Almost as bad as a 53' flatbed trailer I was overhauling today. Sitting for a few years with locked up air brakes. Had to heat the lug nuts up till they were glowing before the 1" impact gun could buzz em off.
Heard that before, but if it was true then the vast majority of vehicles on the road would be losing lug nuts on the driver side since very few run LH threads.

There is a post about it on the forum, I gotta dig it up (linked in my build thread as well). He installed a 5 speed if I remember right, .79 overdrive.
I'm wanting to install their RTOO9513, 14513, or 16513 in mine. 13 speed with 12:1 1st gear, and a .62 final overdrive with no big gaps...
Why not spread them out to reduce the weight on the fenders? Say 2 per fender, one hanging from each rear mudflap, then the last 2 secured to the steps under the cab.
