I don't know why he just doesn't pressurize the fuel lines and find the leak or leaks that way. You will see and hear the fuel line leaking that way. Easy Peesy. Otherwise he could spend hours looking all over for that stupid leak.

Without it you will not be able to build pressure to fire off the engine. (It holds pressure against the injection pump) Once the engine starts it will produce enough pressure to continue to run.
