Thanks BFR. We have several sets of parts here, some NOS and some take-offs. We basically went with the most consistent colors already on the parts. Also, various photos were a big help as well.
Here are some interior shots.
We just got the powerpack in and the hoses, wiring and linkage hooked up. Much of this will be covered, but it still gets the same amount of detail as if it were in the open.
Thanks for the comments guys :-D
Rory it was a pleasure to have you here, and it's a shame that you live so far away.
Roscoe, when this restoration is completed, it will be little more than a floor ornament here. There will be lots of detailed pictures posted on the net, but it may not...
We just pushed the power pack out to the dock for a test run. We are making new 3 groove pulleys for the generator and fan shaft since we haven't had any luck finding good ones.
I have this (dusty) set-up that was removed from my V100 that I would like to trade toward a RT524 and a R442 in really nice shape, to be included with the Eddie Black resto. Any help is appreciated osmwi@bellsouth.net

Seems everywhere you go, somebody knew Eddie and theres always kind words from folks who knew him :-D There's quite a few people who have helped with this project on his behalf and with their permission, I will post their names as the project continues.
Anyway, I try to keep the thread updated...
Thanks guys! Anyone who knew Eddie Black, knew a fine gentleman. I remember his enthusiasm well, and I want this machine to represent that enthusiasm. I will update the restoration thread often, and will post the finished pictures on here as well. It's just easier (less time consuming) to keep...
I have started the M114A1E1 restoration thread over on the M2HB site if anyone is interested.
