1009 rpm at speed

Does anyone know what rpm the 1009 should be running at a givin speed Say 60mph? Im checking for trans slipage. it has std 10.5 31x15 tires and std gears 308.
and if it is slipping IM geusing it would be torque converter.

How are you measuring your rpm ? Do you have a tach ? If so I would like to know what kind and how it is connected....
