been hunting for a 194-6722 and found many online and dealer here was trying to help. purchase 3 different time, and the diameter of the thread is too big. the old sensor has the label and is shows "194-6722 Rev: 01" I have chatted online with the CAT support and they confirm he serial number and the part, but when I get it, it just physically wont fit.

for engine 3126 sn: 7JZ06264

Thank you for any input.

In SIS2GO using your serial number the 194-6722 is a part of the Sensor Group 239-2395 (which includes the o-ring). A silly question: are you sure you are returning to the correct hole? I seem to recall adding this sensor when we uprated the engine to 330hp by replacing a plug. Not sure where it went, I looked at the drawing several times to make sure I was in the right place adding a new sensor. On ours it replaces the unlabeled plug in Overhead View A-A—
