Last year I picked up a 1954 M37 Canadian from near Canadian Forces Base Wainwright, Alberta. This vehicle was painted in the 1970 camouflage scheme. It is original with the engine tagged as rebuilt in 1970, and still 24 V. I actually purchased it as a parts truck but it was in as good if not better shape than my other truck so decided to work on both of them to the dismay of my wife. I have done little to it other than replace a fender, bash out a few dents and repaint it with a brush, just like the original paint. Still needs some minor tweaking but it is great to drive .

What a perfect vehicle for your location. Very awesome find, now time to build a bigger garage.
