24vdc bulb

anyone know the model number of the24vdc bulb that will fit in the base of a model 67 12vdc light

#303 will fit.

Could be either a #623 or a #303X. Both will plug into the socket that accepts the #67 'though output and bulb life may vary.

went to napa today earlier they could not help was fustrating

If you have access to one; a place that sells nothing but lightbulbs can probably fix you up. The 623s are a double 12vdc filament bulb wired to share the 24vdc. Never used the 303Xs but the Sylvania spec sheet rates them at only 500hrs. Both are the bayonet, single contact base type - same as a 67.

To continue, the #1251 will also fit and is used on my deuce, now that I check the numbers a bit closer. It's rated at 2,000 hrs.

I use the 1251 bulbs, work great and napa stocks them.
