3053a trans to BBC??? all links are broken!

Ive researched how to do/ where to look for this conversion, but all of the links are broken (I guess its been along time since somebody brought this up). But what is all needed for the BBC/ 3053a combo?

Also, are 3053a's worth swapping in a BBC if they cant hold more than 400 ft lbs of torque? I could be wrong, but i did read that somewhere on here.
