406/Case MB-94 for ranch

I thank UNIMOG-GUY for responding to my post "MV for ranch" on the "conversations" section to tell me about these amazing vehicles.

Is it possibly to procure a fully functioning one for 20K or less? I'm finding a number of them in the 30-50K level but that is too much green for me.

Did you miss these 2? I guess it depends on what you are looking to do with the MOG? Do you want to push snow? Bushog? Use a Scraper Blade? Crane? Harvesting? Hydraulic backhoe or front bucket?
