4th of July Parade - Glen Alpine, NC

Great small-town American Parade in Glen Alpine, NC. The parade is Monday at 10am. We usually have a good turn out of MV's.

I usually meet AMGeneral at exit 106 off I-40 to convoy to the parade.

Finally got around to posting pics from Monday's July 4 parade.

We had Bruce with his '43 Ford Jeep, my Deuce with M332 ammo trailer, the M37 making it's very first parade appearance (driven by my son Andrew, and Brandon lagging in the rear in his 5 ton.

The real star of the show is Charles Littlefield, Jr, (Sgt), WWII Vet, B17 tail gunner, US Army Air Corp.

I participated with my M38 in the Independence Day Parade. LEO's were covering the street intersections. I saluted one as I rolled by him. I didn't expect was came next, he snapped to attention and saluted me back.
