This is what is available from the military concerning this gen. Issues: Battery charging gen was changed in 2005, old ones still out there, both work.. Alternator hook up incorrect by soldiers, batteries changed to AGM batteries in 2010, injector pump and rack incorrectly installed causing various issues, not serviced, plugged radiators inside and out, incorrect S8 settings and load terminal connections causing Volt reg issues, fault panel issues, S1 and S6 sand intrusion and changed because of, K1 issues. Body panel issues. Once in order, this gen will serve you well and makes a great house power backup for some of your house set to 120/240VAC

For those who do not know about how the Army TM's are laid out:
1. LO is the Lubrication order. It tells you when, how and with what, about how to service the Equipment.
2. TM is for Technical Manuals
3. TM's ending in -12 are the Operators Manual. A must read before trying to operate the Equipment
4. TM's ending in -24 are the Unit, Direct Support and General Support Maintenance Manuals.
5. TM's ending in -24P are the Repair Parts Listing for the Unit, Direct Support and General Support Maintenance Manuals.
6. TB is a Technical Bulletin.
7. MWO is a Modification Work Order.

Thanks to members , and anyone else who I might have forgotten for some of this information.

What if we take the fold out to a pro printing shop? Could they not only separate the varies parts of the schematic, enlarge them and maybe sharpen up the drawings?

We tried to use what came from the engineers. Printing shops want money. I don't have. Already tried to find, like the 3KW, in engineering drawings. No luck. We used what we had. We tried for 2 decades to make them more capable for a GI to print out and get smeared with oil so he could make another for the next gen. I started several times to just make them using my program I tested from Microsoft that can make money if you want even the micro print but I never had the time to do a complete set. The 5 and 10s I added are actual fold outs from Draft manuals and are the best I ever found. The 15K B Model is the best, and B model 30 and60 we have one covering the entire thing, only the A 15-60 models have sucky drawings. The 2 KW came from MEP. The rest are OK. Seems reading them is the greatest issue I see from a lot of folks. The dude in Mexico hasn't read his. Seems sharp though.

Here in a normal area in a forum, I am able to attach a file, but in conversation I can not. Hey, I am just a user and should stay this way. It says in the operators manual how to do all that paralleling stuff. Add distro common sense and you got it. You got he will run things and along with a 125KVA transformer. He needs to swap with the dude with the 100KW or get a 60 someplace. They are available. Those 30KW A Models will do it, but it is not real safe. One will go boom. B models and AMMPS will do it all day long. I did it for a year to switch gens like in Patriot, but not to run a complex he is talking about. Just spent 4 hours research and making a 5 page doc. Mr. Iverson's adjustments finally come into play. I never asked if his Voltage regulators were the same make. It makes a difference sharing loads. Libby handled it better than TRC for 60 Hz but TRC had better 400 Hz regulators. 35 year old gens doing this?
