Well that sounds right on par with my experience with my M1028. Ever sense I added the Banks turbo the temp rises up about 210° under any load. I've bin thinking about upgrading to an aluminum rad, and possibly electric fans to see if that helps.

Yes, that will help greatly. I have an aluminum radiator and electric fan assist on my 1984 Suburban 6.2L diesel and while towing I never go above 210. I only use the electric fan when towing and in normal driving it is around 200.
