715 headlights fit a deuce?

Hey everybody,

I was just offered a headlight from a M715 and was thinking it may be a good spare headlight for my deuce. But, would a 715 headlight fit/work in a deuce? I'm not sure if 715's are 24V or not.

Yup, should work.

The connectors may be different depending on the year of the truck.

The early M715s have the Douglas connectors and the later ones have the Packard connector. Deuces us the Packards.

You can splice the correct ends onto a working bulb. Been there done that.
