8.3 CTA Cummins won't start

BLeed the injector pump at the top front inside between the pump and engine block

And replace ALL flexible fuel lines! Possibly also the hand primer if problem persists...any bit of air in fuel system will cause fuel to drain back and IP will air-lock.

ETA: Also check the fuel return lines that are inside the tank...mine were rubber and so swollen that they caused back-pressure of fuel into the IP and a No-Start condition. I replaced them with hard lines and that immediately solved my last No-Start on my 8.3.

Also if you continue to lose prime double check your fuel Pickup Tube as they are notorious for cracking their solder joint at the bung.
