Looking for someone with knowledge of the current transformer circuit on the 803A. Meter only showing about 25% under full load. Changed meter with same results. I put a VOM in it's place and was reading .17 amps. I was told that full scale deflection should be .8 amps. All 3 ct's metered out at .7 ohms. Any Suggestions.
