A new to me M929; dump box operation questions:
How do you determine a full engagement of the PTO?
Dump lever will not operate hydraulics; thus not knowing if PTO is engaged is there a problem with system other than the obvious not working.
Is there problems in the hydraulics of these models.
Last, Is it just a Newbie problem? I am used to operating civilian equipment. Any directions would be helpful.

Thanks in advance

put the truck in drive..

move the pto lever, i can feel mine click, although sometimes it takes a few tries....I'd be willing to bet mine needs adjustment...

shift back to neutral, look down and to the passenger side out the back window and you'll see if the pto shaft is spinning or not...

welcome aboard! Have to see your dump sometime. Should defiantly plan for our annual rally 3rd weekend in july. Also I may know where some m929 troop seats for your dump bed are. brand new
