Ok so I sold my m1009 to a nice guy and he was real happy to pick it up. Myself not so happy to see her go.

with that i did pick up a 97 2500 6.5 turbo diesel and was thinking about doing a cucvII clone.

Anyone got a spare bumper and grill guard laying around ?

Spare bumpers and brush guards for the Cucv-II are like hens teeth. I had to buy a whole truck for a set....lol

Have any pictures of this new ride . . . this is the truck I am wanting to get to trailer my M1008.

I'm working on the 6.5 turbo diesel now in AIT, can't wait to pick one up for my daily driver!

I'm in the same boat. I have a 2000 K3500. It did belong to the Army, same engine and drive train as the CUCV2 pick-ups, none of the other stuff though which is fine with me. Only problem, no brush guard.
I had Stonpicker send me measurments to have one made. I talked to a fab shop here in Va Beach, looks like I'd be better off having a 1stGen CUCV brush guard modified.
