A3 cab heater operation??

What powers the blower on the A3 cab heater? Turn head lights on?
Just went the the TM with no luck on heater operation. Going thru search now. Thanks for any hints to make it blow!!!!

Toggle switch is below the lighting controls; up = high, down = low, middle = off.

Can't wait to see the reply.... Either gonna be DOOOH, or WTH my switch is missing! And WTH do you need with the heater anyway? You live in AL!!!!
