Ok, having nearly gone blind looking thru all the pages of TMs, I've either missed the ones for the A3 or no one has posted them..........

Does anyone have any on cd or know where they are and can be downloaded?

Thanks,

I have a cd with the A3 manuals on it... They are not in a format that can be easily posted as the cd is actually a ETM.

PM me your address and I can send you a copy when I get back from Haspin if no-one else can get you a copy sooner.

CB: That link doesn't seem to work for all of us...

One TM (LO) is listed on 2nd page of Resources/TMs: http://old.steelsoldiers.com/index.php?module=pagesetter&type=file&func=get&tid=1&fid=file&pid=41
The other ones to look for are TM 9-2320-386-24-1-1 and -2 as well as -24P.

No clue why they still aren't listed as well, with as much A3s being around now in private hands. No idea how to upload them either....:-?

Then, I would attach them right here to this post. Problem is they go way over the allowed size limit for PDF files (which only is 9.54MB). So for those of you interested, PM me with your e-mail address.

gingletraube,
If when you try to go to the LOGSA websits and get the windows message that the page cannot be displayed go to the top of the internet Explorer page and click on Tools, then go to Internet Options then click on the Advanced tab. Scroll down to Security and make sure the boxes next to Use SSL2.0, 3.0 and TLS 1.0 are checked. This should get you onto the website but when I go on it tells me the certificate is invalid. When this window pops up click Continue and that should bring you to the site. Then find trhe ETM tab. this will get you to the page for searching for TM's. I hope this helps.

It works for me at home on Firefox, but not here at work on Firefox. Doesn't work for IE for me anywhere. Don't know exactly why.

Thanks everyone. That's a great help at this point.

Will see what happens with the LOGSA site first and go from there.

Garbee if that doesn't work I'll PM you my address as well.

Thanks,

Here are the links to A3 Manuals that I found for another SS member who recently purchased an A3

The correct operators manual for the A3 series trucks is TM9-2320-386-10. It is NOT available on the Steel Soldiers web site. Several other sites will sell it to you for a fee.

I found it available for free download at this site http://www.stevespages.com/page7c.htm Scroll down several pages past the Field Manuals to get to the Tech Manual listings. You’ll find it there.

On another list was this posting for all the A3 manuals on line:
LO 9-2320-386-12 http://www.scribd.com/doc/30764109/LO-9-2320-386-12
TM 9-2320-386-10-HR http://www.scribd.com/doc/30764124/TM-9-2320-386-10-HR
TM 9-2320-386-10 http://www.scribd.com/doc/30764123/TM-9-2320-386-10
TM 9-2320-386-24-1-1 http://www.scribd.com/doc/30764175/TM-9-2320-386-24-1-1
TM 9-2320-386-24-1-2 http://www.scribd.com/doc/30764191/TM-9-2320-386-24-1-2
TM 9-2320-386-24p http://www.scribd.com/doc/30929027/TM-9-2320-386-24p

You can download a copy of the Civilian Operators manual for the AT1545P Allison transmission from
http://www.allison-transmissions.net/servlet/DownloadFile?Dir=publications/pubs&FileToGet=OM1334EN.pdf
This manual will discuss more about transmission oil selection options and filter service than the Mil Lube Order.

The Cat 3116 On Highway Truck Operation and Maint manual is not available online. It will also be a valuable source of information about selection options for oil and coolant. There is plenty of information and more options that the information presented in the Military TM’s . You'll have to order it from your Cat dealer.

Hope that helps you.

LOGSA lists their manuals by PIN Numbers. You can do a search by TM or LO but its easier to type in the 6 digit pin #. Below are the TM, LO numbers that CATMAN listed with their PIN numbers listed afterward.

LO 9-2320-386-12 LOGSA PIN# 074966
TM 9-2320-386-10-HR LOGSA PIN# 074963
TM 9-2320-386-10 LOGSA PIN# 074962
TM 9-2320-386-24-1-1 LOGSA PIN# 079016
TM 9-2320-386-24-1-2 LOGSA PIN# 078501
TM 9-2320-386-24p LOGSA PIN# 074968

Also, there is MWO 9-2320-386-20-1 (LOGSA PIN # 080074) that is a Modification Work Order for an air compressor relief valve kit.
Hope this helps.
