Aarrgghh!!

Now it won't start. Cranks like crazy, but no fire. A little gray smoke out the back. I swapped fuel filters, plugged it in, but even after bleeding the new filter, nothing. Is it possible water froze in the injector lines? It has been down around 10 here last night. I do run Diesel 911 and about 5 gallons of kero per tank. It ran fine last night when I tested the transmission. Transmission still didn't shift right, so I replaced the whole vacuum line, then parked it.
It has a fresh transmission service and fresh Mobile Deltec in it.
PS doghead, I don't see how this could a wiring issue.

Pull out the glow plugs and check to see if they work, I held with pliers on the ground of one battery, used a little oil on the tip of the plug, then touched a wire from the positive, very quickly, if plug is good it will smoke in like one second, do not hold power for more than a couple of seconds.
