Some old knacker pulled out in front of me a few years back.I was doing 30 mph slamed on the anchors.I must have been doing 20 mph when i hit him.Bent his Ford Escort like a banana and sent the car to the other side of the road.He admitted he didn't see me(even though i had my lights on) All i had was a slight twist in the front R/H bumper and a slight ding in the F/R Fender.Got a new fender and side repeater indicator out of his insurance company though.

Just two small observations
1. If she fled the sceen without giving you insurance and licence details she could be guilty of fleeing the sceen of an accident.

2. No matter how much bigger your road was and how much it seems it was the major thoroughfare if it was an uncontrolled intersection with no control signage ( I.E.- Yield or Stop) then you must yield to the right.
