it is a shipping label. the truck once upon a time belonged to the 442 MP co. it came through the port in Kuwait. the units UIC was WPR8AA. the document has all the info about the truck, from dimensions, to bumper #. kinda cool.

Hard to read all of it, but it definitely looks like you got a little overseas time on it. I saw an A3 at Bagram airbase in Afghanistan a few months ago. Not many others still making there way overseas in recent years. Last "big" event for them going overseas was the first gulf war.
