After Submitted Battle Creek!

This is what I wrote to GL to get my refund:

Today is 4/24/2010. This makes it officially 60 days since the EUC began assessment at Battle Creek . Since I have not been notified by now, I demand a full refund back to my credit card. If I do not hear from you by COB this Monday, 2/26/2010, I will contact my attorney and let him handle it from there. I do not appreciate having some $5800 tied up for over 2 months and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Either get my notification done immediately, or refund my money now.

A full refund, $5,805.15, to your credit card is currently in process.

By "in process", does that mean today it will be done?

The said refund was issued to your MasterCard ending in 8609. Please contact your financial institution to verify receipt.

And sure enough, it showed up on my credit card account about 36 hours later. Time for Vegas!?!?
