Air cleaner mount clamps and a clip question

When they demilled the armor they removed the air cleaner clamps. I seen whether 2 clamp to the body. Where did the third clamp camp too?

Also what is this little clip used for on the oil cooler?

Air Cleaner Securing Strap

Referring to the attached diagram, straps #10 and #12 are secured to supports #4. But what is strap #11 secured to? The TM is not very clear with it's instructions. Thnx, - HoveringHMMWV
