Air intake cap

Somewhere in the vastness of the database is a pic of a modified snorkle cap on a Deuce but after spending sometime searching I have not been able to find it again. I believe the cap came from a Land Rover veh of some kind and is all metal not plastic. Anyone know what I am seeking?? THANKS!!

Are you asking about putting the cap on a 90* elbow so it is even with the hood?

One of mine had that when i got it. I either promptly gave it away or scrapped it. Probably the latter cuz i do alot of this stuff that way.

You may be referring to an aftermarket cap made by Sy-Klone. It is a tremendous aid in dusty conditions, so much so Uncle has an NSN for them. Oh, its plastic.
