Aligning roll up windows

Hi All,

Trying to align the drivers side window to roll up straight. It leaves a 1/4 gap in the front when rolled up.
Any tips on how to align it would be helpful.

There are alignment pins in the bottom of the window. Remove the panel and you will see em
