Almost scrapped my PSI X-3 yesterday

Had a moment of weakness yesterday and almost hauled my PSI X-3 to the scrapper. I was relocating my projects and when I went to move the PSI I found the rear brakes were now seized...

I took stock of all the projects I had, figured my life expectancy and said what the heck I won't live long enough to deal with all my projects!

Figured I wouldn't get but a few hundred dollars so gave it a reprieve.

Guess I'll eventually be looking for some info on rebuilding the rear brakes...

Bought is with an ignition problem. Do not know if it runs yet.

My hydraulic head came in for the deuce pump. I am heading to CA tomorrow so I hope you don't mind the deuce being there a little bit longer.

It ain't eating and since they are herd animals the other trucks don't mind it holding down some ground in the Motor Pool.

Can you tell me what it does? It looks like an airport tug. If you want to sell it what would you be asking?
