Hi all,
A few years ago, I thought I read a post about getting a title with only a bill of sale. Was there some outfit in Georgia or someplace that does that kind of thing? Im purchasing an older MV with nothing but a bill of sale (no SF97 or anything). If anyone has any info, it would be greatly appreciated.
